Bid for Kids' Sake - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chatham-Kent

I understand that this form is simply to inquire about a space - I will receive a follow up email on whether or not I am clear to register. The registration form will include a payment form and I will be prompted to pay $50 with my registration for a 10ftx10ft booth. I will not be considered registered until payment is received.

I understand that this is an outdoor, and I should plan accordingly. There will be no access to electricity.

I understand that I need to bring my own entire setup including a tent, tables and chairs.

I understand that I must be approved by the health unit and have documentation if I am selling food products.

I understand that setup will take place Saturday, May 14th from 7:30 - 8:30 am, and that the sale will run from 9 am - 2pm. I agree to not arrive before 7:30am as this is disruptive.

I understand that my spot will be pre assigned and I will check in with the volunteers upon arrival.

I understand that once I have unloaded my vehicle, that I will need to move my vehicle as directed by the volunteers.

I understand that volunteers will be available to help me unload and assist with setting up my tent.

I agree to stay for the entire time of the event, and not tear down before 2 pm. Volunteers will be available to help you tear down at that time and load your vehicle.

I understand that 100% of my table fee will go Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chatham-Kent's mentoring programs.

I understand that washroom facilities are available inside the Dutch Market.

I understand that Big Brothers Big Sisters nor the Dutch Market are responsible for any loss or damage. You are participating at your own risk.

I agree to like, comment and share the event on social media.

I understand that my registration fee is not refundable nor transferable.
